LIFT: KETTLEBELL
Kettlebell flows just hit different. Learning how to control the bell and your movement simultaneously is the kind of challenge you should take up at least once a week. Frankly we're addicted.
LIFT: BOOTCAMP
We take the workout to the gym floor on weekends. Your playground is that much bigger and the challenges are that much more intense.
SHRED: FULL BODY
You'll appreciate the alternating muscle focus. You will have enough time between sets to recover and to continue pushing yourself for a full 45 minutes.
SHRED: LOWER BODY + CORE
This one burns like no other. Are you thinking about squats? You're right but pair that with a sick beat drop and a carefully curated playlist to distract you from the burn.
SHRED: WOD
WOD or Workout of the Day. At the end of class the only thing you'll be saying is WOD the heck. The class will feature EMOMs, AMRAPs and heart pumping finishers. If you're a thrill seeker and you're a fan of challenges, this is your class.
LIFT + RESET
Our 2 in 1 special. Strength training for 35 minutes and decompress with a RESET mobility block for your last 10 minutes. Trust us when we say that the mobility block is a weekly must.
