The most effective programme for a full body sculpt. Upper, lower and core focused movements.

The ultimate lower body & core workout designed for you to grow, sculpt and strengthen your glutes and abs.
SHRED: WOD
Your WOD will feature EMOMs and AMRAPs so prepare to push hard. High intensity training paired with high levels of motivation.
RESET: FOAM ROLLING
