LIFT: BOOTCAMP
The gym floor is your playground. Incorporates strength & conditioning training, plyometrics, speed and agility with a variety of functional movements.
SHRED: WOD
A combination of high intensity and strength training. Your WOD will feature EMOMs and AMRAPs. You set your own intensity.
Signature kettlebell-only workout. You will focus on isolated strengthening and explosive movements throughout class.
Equipped with the expertise to guide and motivate each individual based on your specific needs.

Workout in your individual and frequently sanitised pods when you visit us
