HIIT training that pushes you to your best in endurance and power. An optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training.

Kettlebell
Signature kettlebell workout with isolated strengthening and explosive movements in combination with functional training.

MOVE: Lower Body | MOVE: Full Body
Women Only Class
Tone your lower body with a variety of different exercises! These movements will make you feel the burn; target, define and lift your glutes while keeping your heart rate up. Combination of high-intensity movements targeting your upper body, lower body and your core. Expect high reps and high sets.

Abs & Core
Pure abs and core movements! We will take you through a series of weighted and bodyweight movements for a guaranteed burn.
