Our signature muscle conditioning programme using dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands. Offering 3 different LIFT classes that focuses on developing lean muscle mass and improve strength, power and endurance.
High intensity training can be a valuable tool when it comes to building muscle. Our SHRED program is a great supplementary workout to LIFT as it uses long and short intervals of high intensity movements.
Take break from weights and RESET your body.
Focusing entirely on self-myofascial release and integrated mobility flows. Create enough tension in the muscle fibres to break them down, allowing your body to build more muscle mass.
