Where are you located?
We're on Level 1 of the Hartamas Shopping Centre. Key landmarks would be one floor directly above Mr. DIY and the same floor as Watsons!
Do you accept walk-ins for the gym floor?
In accordance with KKM guidelines, we are unable to accept walk-ins for the time being. Our gym facilities are open to our active members and personal training clients.

Can I meet my PT Coach before starting my sessions?
Yes absolutely. We believe in first dates before heading into long term relationships! Set up an appointment with our Studio Lead or start a conversation here. Have the opportunity to speak with them first and share your goals or concerns.
What are your Personal Training packages?
Our packages vary depending on the coach selected and the number of sessions you would like to commit too! For more information contact us directly here!
Do I need to book my Personal Training sessions?
Leave that to your PT Coach! All you need to do is show up with your A-game and well, your mask!
How do I arrange or cancel my Personal Training sessions?
We encourage you to have a clear line of communication with your PT Coach. They will be your first point of contact to arrange your sessions and will be your support system throughout your journey!
How do I join Group Classes?

What are your Group Classes like?
Our class programmes are designed to provide you with a holistic and strong foundation of strength and conditioning. Pairing a LIFT, SHRED and RESET class weekly will ensure optimal and balanced results. To find out more head on over to our Group Class page or start booking here!
What is your cancellation policy for Group Classes?
All cancellations must occur 8 hours in advance, or a class credit will be deducted. This includes switching time slots under the 8-hour notice time period. You may cancel your class through our online system or by calling us directly, 03-2856 8818.
