Our community's collective safety is insanely important to us. While the gym is cleaned multiple times a day, we do ask for your help to clean your own equipment before and after use!

Check-in, change into your gear and head on out to kill your workout. Studies say arriving 15 minutes early to get ready improves your workout.
Share your goals, your limitations and expectations. They'll prep you and kickstart your journey with us.
We're working on a Bring Your Own Towel basis at the moment but you'll find sanitisers all over our space for your post workout wipe down.
