We have two SHRED classes for you to choose from:
Shred 1 and Shred 2.

SHRED 2
SHRED 1
High intensity interval training that recruits additional muscles to perform functional patterns to enhance stabilisation. Get your heart rate up with high repetitions and minimal rest between sets.

If your goal is to:
Achieve healthy and progressive weight loss, improve cardiorespiratory capacity.
SHRED 2
Double circuit exercises performed in a short and intense duration. Expect to perform alternating exercises with minimal rest throughout, incorporating plenty of core and balance flows.

If your goal is to:
Achieve healthy and progressive weight loss, challenge your cardiorespiratory capacity.
