When will you be re-opening?
Union Strength has re-opened from since Monday, 15 June 2020.
Will you be resuming group classes?
Group classes are back! To book a class slot, head on over to https://union-strength.timetablehq.com/.
Can I resume my personal training sessions?
All personal training sessions have resumed starting 15 June 2020. Your coach will be in touch with you to resume your sessions. Each session would need to be made on an appointment basis.
If I want to resume my membership, what do I do?
Step 1: Create an account on our booking site here.
Step 2: Email us at [email protected] to activate your account.
Step 3: Allow us 12 hours to activate your booking access.
Step 4: Review all guidelines & SOPs and start booking!
I have to make a booking each time to train?
Yes! All members and walk-in visitors will have to book a training slot on our website before visiting the gym.
When can I make my booking?
The booking schedule will be released every Sunday at 12pm on our website. If you see available slots on any day, you may also book it on an ad-hoc basis.
Can I make multiple bookings per day?
Each individual is allowed one (1) booking per day.
How long can I train for?
Your training slot is 1 hour and 30 minutes per day. This measure is in line with the space allocation guidelines issued.
How many people are allowed on the gym floor at a single time?
According to guidelines issued, only 12 pax are allowed at a single time. This is to ensure a safe and measured distance at all times.
Will you be providing towels and water?
To keep things sanitary and safe, towels will not be provided and our water coolers will not be in service for the time being.
Is there only one entry point?
Yes. You may only enter via our main entrance on Level 1.
What is your registration procedure?
Upon arrival, you will be asked to scanned a QR code to register and your temperature will be checked. We reserve the rights to deny entry to any individual with a temperature above 37.5 or who is displaying signs of being unwell.
Do I need to wear a mask?
You are encouraged to wear a mask upon arrival, when you leave, during light exercises or if you absolutely need to spot someone.
Do you provide disinfecting sprays and hand sanitisers?
Yes, they are readily available for you throughout the gym. We ask that we maintain and uphold our culture of wiping down all equipment before and after use.
Do you clean your equipment?
Yes, the gym has been sanitised and deep-cleaned before our opening. Our team will also maintain the gym's cleanliness throughout the day.
Do you provide disinfecting sprays and hand sanitisers?
Yes, they are readily available for you throughout the gym. We ask that we maintain and uphold our culture of wiping down all equipment before and after use.
Can I workout with my friends?
All members and visitors must maintain a 2 metre distance between each other. Please avoid sharing equipment and exchanging without sanitising beforehand.
Can I use the showers?
Our showers are now reopened, please do bring your own towels. Toilet and changing rooms are still be accessible.
Do you have lockers?
All belongings will be placed in a new designated area. All lockers will be out of use for the time being.
