A total body strength and conditioning training that incorporates more explosive power, high speed and high velocity output in both unilateral and bilateral movements.

If your goal is to:
Improve lifting form and movement, explosive power output as well as build muscle mass.
ENDURANCE
Muscular endurance is the ability to exert force, consistently and repetitively for a prolonged period of time. Put your muscular endurance to the test in a safe and effective workout environment.

If your goal is to:
Lift heavier progressively, effectively and for an extended period of time.
KETTLEBELL
Our signature Kettlebell-only workout programme. The shape of the kettlebell means that the workout is fundamentally different than when using dumbbells. Challenge your core and stability with isolated strengthening and explosive movements.

If your goal is to:
Increase muscle mass, build core stability and set up a strong postural foundation.
